Beyt Luxe Shipping Policy – UAE

At Beyt Luxe, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and without stress. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping within the UAE.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery within the UAE takes 2-4 business days to all Emirates.
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: typically 1-2 business days
Other Emirates: 2-4 business days
Note: Remote areas may take 1 extra day.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: 20 AED per order
Free Shipping: On all orders over 300 AED
Cash on Delivery Fee: Additional 15 AED applies to all COD orders

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your package in real-time through the link provided.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across the UAE with no order amount restrictions. Please keep exact change in AED ready. Our courier will call you before delivery.

6. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 7 Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted — please provide a physical address with a contact number.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If you’re unavailable, they’ll call to reschedule. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. You’ll be contacted to arrange redelivery or refund.

8. Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can happen during peak seasons, national holidays, or due to weather. We’ll always keep you updated if your order is affected.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours at support@beytluxe.com or WhatsApp us. We’ll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.
